Membership in the AI Business Alliance is voluntary. Free membership provides access to newsletters, basic portal resources, and the ability to request a free AI Business Assessment. Paid membership tiers provide additional benefits as described on our Membership page. All prices are subject to change.

AI tools and automation services provided through the Alliance are for general business improvement and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice. Our standard AI tools are not HIPAA, PCI, or regulatory-compliant by default. Businesses in regulated industries must complete a private review before activating AI services.

While we strive to provide valuable tools and resources, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Results depend on many factors including your business type, implementation, and market conditions.

Members agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, to misuse AI tools to provide professional advice in regulated fields without proper compliance measures, or to harm other members or the Alliance.

Referral points are credited when referred businesses take qualifying actions (signup, trial activation, paid conversion). Points have no cash value and redemption terms may change. The Alliance reserves the right to adjust or void points in cases of fraud or abuse.

The AI Business Ambassador Track is a pathway for learning, referral participation, and possible future opportunities. It is not a guaranteed job offer or employment arrangement.

All content, resources, templates, and materials provided through the Alliance remain the property of the AI Business Alliance. Members may use materials for their own business purposes but may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of Alliance content.

The AI Business Alliance is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our tools, resources, or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the member in the preceding 12 months.

Membership may be terminated by either party at any time. Paid members who cancel will retain access until the end of their billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
